Eat a Balanced Diet

We understand that when you are exhausted you would want to binge eat chips and chocolates. But these would simply be empty calories. Instead what you need to do is increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. This would not only make you feel less bloated and more energized. But it would also help you lose weight.
